This would allow creating blocks that only show for certain customers who are visiting the store/customer account in a certain language. The main use-case would be creating translated versions of one block

To promote more than one message at a time. Ideally, each image in the banner could also be scheduled to run from X date/time until X date/time and also utilize a 'default' banner for when no other banner is scheduled. This can be achieved by expanding the capabilities of our "frequency feature" to include time and date as well as ranges.
