As of today, any content in the Customer Account doesn't support liquid, this is a Shopify limitation as they only allow us to use certain types of UI and programming language, we can't inject any custom code...

This is something we were planning for the Theme itself, but we will keep an eye on this if Shopify allows for any custom code in the Customer Accounts and adjust this request if it becomes possible!
